Hello and Welcome,
"When life gives you lemons, make some lemonade"
I grew up on both sides of the SF Bay Area and in Central Oregon. I put myself through Willamette University graduating with a BS in Psychology while fighting fires on the Prineville Helitack Team during the summers. My Motto I lived by, "No is not in my vocabulary". Needless to say, I was the first female in Oregon to fight fire on the team. This same belief system has helped me become the best agent I can. The goals and ambitions of my buyers and sellers becomes almost a personal goal. As a professional in the business, I feel I bring my education and ability to persevere through all the issues that arise when working with clients. I have a love for life and it is my goal to help families in the real estate world. The buying and selling process can be very stressful. It is my strength to make this process positive, educational, fun and most important... successful!
Fun Things To Know About Kimberly
Running, walking, hiking with my dog Koda is my favorite activity. We talk and enjoy each others company with no quarrels! Koda is a loved family member and important part of our families outings. Don't be shy about saying "hello" to him if he joins me on a showing. Moving into new areas with your pet can be stressful, but with the right agent to assist this can be fun. I love to explore the mountain trails and hiking areas of South Lake Tahoe. Bijou Park has a friendly dog park to meet and greet new friends. Enjoying the beaches around the lake also make for a great "splash" of fun. Checking out local hot spots and hidden treasures of South Lake Tahoe are a favored past-time. I was a resident of Pescadero, the home of the wonderful "Duarte's Restaurant"!
I spend much of my time reading and looking for new ways to accomplish goals. I believe in helping others and sharing our stories. Life can be so full of turmoil. Taking time out every so often to enjoy the company of a loved one, friend or client can really make a difference. If you are working with the right agent, buying and selling real estate can be just one more great adventure in life!
Want to hear of a great excursion after moving to South Lake Tahoe? Call me or follow me on my blog, 50 on 50.
