South Lake Tahoe Enjoys SNOW....

South Lake Tahoe is enjoying snow this 2015 season.  Come one come all. Bring those skis, snowshoes, snowboards and hiking shoes to the great Sierra's of the Tahoe Mountains.  We haven't been blessed with this much Tahoe snow since 2012.   I remember it well as we just moved to the area permantley after spending many years of weekend trips. Our moving truck backed into our steep driveway just days before Thanksgiving three years ago.  The snow begin to fall soon after.  There was nothing better than South Lake Tahoe and SNOW!

Since then, we haven't seen much snow.  We did see a lot of lake, but soon that began to disappear as well. 2015 in South Lake Tahoe is showing some great changes.  SNOW SNOW SNOW.  Happy faces around town, sales are up in our ski shops, eateries are busy, and the slopes opened early.  South Lake Tahoe should be a destination you must visit in 2015.

 Since 2012, we have experienced a significant turn in Real Estate Values.  For the better I must add.  Folks, things are looking up for our town of South Lake Tahoe, nestled just below one of the most beautiful mountains, , while overlooking one of the most breathtaking lakes in the World.
